A total body of stretch and conditioning workout that builds focus, calms the nervous system and eases muscle pain and tension from regular exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels. Facebook Live.

Hippity Hop down to the NCO club for a full brunch buffet featuring an assortment of delicious foods, ranging from breakfast to lunch. Enjoy salads, fruits, and desserts as well. Water Aerobics

Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)
