Water Aerobics

Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)

Guest Day

To provide FJGC members with a greater opportunity to take advantage of our monthly Guest Days, FJGC members are now permitted to bring up to three guests. on Guest Days. Also, green fees are waived for your guest(s), but each guest must pay cart and user fees.

This event has been postponed until Aug. 5. 

June 17: Army Birthday Relay Race, 7 a.m., Drill Sergeant Academy Field.  Celebrate the Army’s Birthday with a tradition relay race with teams of four. This is a Commander’s Cup event. For more information call 803-751-5869 or 803-751-3096.
