Kayak Adventure

Join us for a kayaking adventure on Cedar Creek in Congaree National Park.

Our event is a 3 hour “out and back” guided trip. The trip will focus on the history in and around the park. You will also see record holding Cypress, Tupelo, Pine and Willow Oak trees as well as a vast variety of wildlife! 

$60

Trip Includes:

Transportation, kayaks, life vest and paddles

Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting wet.

Bug spray is recommended!

Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)
