Water Aerobics

Water group exercise designed for Special population uses modified moves for individuals who may have limitations such as: hip replacement, poor circulation, pregnant, etc.  Since these classes are slower, they are also great for Seniors. (Special populations, seniors)

VOLKSMARCH WALK and costs $25***, which includes: beer stein, beer tasting, snack stops, swag bag, and t-shirt (***Adults Recommended Event)
